Frequently Asked Questions
About Concierge Medicine
Concierge medicine combines a membership model with insurance coverage, allowing patients to enjoy highly personalized, attentive care while still using their existing insurance benefits. This approach offers enhanced availability, and hands-on coordination with specialists and insurers. Direct Primary Care (DPC), by contrast, operates outside of insurance with a flat fee for primary care services, which may require patients to manage coverage separately for care beyond the practice.
Concierge patients benefit from longer, more in-depth appointments, direct communication with their doctor, preventive care, personalized wellness plans, and a focus on overall health and wellness. You can also schedule same or next-day appointments for urgent issues.

Concierge medicine appeals to individuals who value truly personalized care and are willing to prioritize it in their healthcare budget. We also offer flexible payment options to make this model available for a range of budgets.

Health is unpredictable. Concierge medicine allows you peace of mind knowing that whenever you are feeling less than your best, your doctor is available the same- or next-day to see you.
